Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

Planning Fees. Any applicable planning or service fees are non-refundable once paid and are separate from your travel costs. Fees are due as outlined in your quote or invoice.

Deposits & Payments. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. By submitting this form and authorizing payment, you confirm your understanding of the payment schedule provided to you. Final payment is due by the supplier's deadline noted in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Changes. Cancellations and changes are subject to each supplier's individual policies. Some bookings are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Melissa Joy Creative / Let Melissa Plan It is not responsible for cancellation penalties assessed by suppliers.

Travel Insurance. Melissa strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. Declining travel insurance is done at your own risk. If you decline, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept the cancellation policies of your suppliers.

Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for the accuracy of all names, dates, and traveler information provided. Name corrections may result in fees charged by suppliers. Melissa Joy Creative is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information submitted by the client.

Passports & Travel Documents. You are responsible for ensuring all travelers hold valid travel documents required for your trip. Melissa Joy Creative is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

Force Majeure. Melissa Joy Creative is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, airline delays, or supplier insolvency.

Agency Disclosure. Melissa Joy Creative / Let Melissa Plan It operates as an Independent Agent of FST No. ST15578 and CST No. 2090937-50. Melissa acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not the supplier of travel services.

Agreement. By checking the box below and signing, you agree to these terms and authorize the payment outlined in your booking quote.
