📜 Authorization & Agreement

Please read the following terms carefully before signing. By completing and submitting this form, you ("Client") agree to the following terms with Melissa Joy, Independent Travel Planner ("Planner"):

1. Account Access Authorization. Client voluntarily provides their My Disney Experience ("MDE") login credentials and hereby authorizes Planner to access their MDE account solely for the purpose of completing the booking service(s) selected above. This authorization is limited in scope and duration to the agreed-upon services only.

2. Scope of Access. Planner agrees to access the Client's MDE account only to perform the specific service(s) selected on this form — dining reservation booking and/or Lightning Lane selections. Planner will not make any changes, purchases, cancellations, or modifications beyond the agreed scope without prior written or verbal consent from the Client.

3. Credential Security. Client's login credentials will not be stored beyond the service period, will not be shared with any third party, and will be used for no purpose other than the services described herein. Planner strongly recommends that Client change their MDE password upon completion of the service.

4. Client Responsibility. Client is responsible for ensuring their MDE account is in good standing, that their park reservations and tickets are linked, and that any required payment methods are on file with Disney prior to the service date. Planner is not responsible for any issues arising from account restrictions, Disney system errors, or reservation unavailability.

5. No Guarantee of Availability. Dining reservations and Lightning Lane selections are subject to Disney's availability. Planner will make best efforts to secure requested times and attractions but cannot guarantee availability. The service fee applies regardless of availability outcomes.

6. Paid Service Acknowledgment. Client acknowledges that the service(s) selected are paid concierge services. Fees are due as agreed prior to the service date. Disney's own Lightning Lane purchase fees, where applicable, are separate from and in addition to Planner's service fee.

7. Limitation of Liability. Planner's liability is limited to the service fee paid. Planner is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to missed reservations, account issues, or changes in Disney's booking policies.

8. Right to Revoke. Client may revoke access authorization at any time by contacting Planner directly. Revocation does not entitle Client to a refund if the service has already been performed in whole or in part.
