Best Underrated Photo Spots in the Disney Parks

We all know that the Disney Parks are some of the most Instagrammable places to go, especially when you need that perfect picture. After all, nearly every corner is fully-themed and ready to be a photo backdrop. Yet, some photo areas tend to get all the credit, while others tend to be somewhat unknown. Today, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite underrated photo spots in the parks! Some of them are certainly better known than others, and there are a ton more not on this list, but the selection I’ve made just happens to be my recent favorites.
Florida Resorts
Back of Wedding Pavilion, Grand Floridian
Located behind the Wedding Pavilion. It can be accessed using the path to the ceremony building and making a left after you pass the building.
Waterfall, Wilderness Lodge
Located past The Roaring Fork, on the way to the pool area.
Mickey Ears Pop Art, Contemporary Resort
Located across from the pool area, on the way to the boat dock.
Magic Kingdom
Center Street, Main Street USA
Located midway down Main Street, to the right-hand side if you’re facing the castle, just past the Confectionary.
Train Station, Main Street USA
Located just past the main entrance tunnel, proceed up steps for a birds-eye castle view.
Side Cinderella Castle, Liberty Square
Located on the corner of the path that connects the Hub with Liberty Square, just before the path that connects Liberty Square with Fantasyland.
Epcot
Arches, Italy Pavilion
Located on the left side of the Italy Pavilion, to the left, in front of Il Bel Cristallo shop.
Arches, Morocco Pavilion
Various arches can be found throughout the pavilion’s entire loop.
The Castle, Canada Pavilion
Located up the main steps of the pavilion and to the right, above Le Cellier Steakhouse.
Animal Kingdom
The Waterfall, Pandora
Located to the right of the Na’vi River Journey entrance, on the way to the main entrance of Flight of Passage.
Port of Entry, Harambe (Africa)
Located to the left on the main path and bridge entering the Africa section of the park.
Everest-Dinoland Bridge
The bridge that connects Asia and Dinoland, located between Finding Nemo: The Musical and Expedition Everest. Perfect for Everest and Main Lagoon Pictures.
Disneyland
Castle Turrets, Sleeping Beauty Castle
Located to the immediate right of Sleeping Beauty Castle, just before the footbridge.
Pooh’s Friendship Garden, Critter Country
Located in between the entrance for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and the Pooh-inspired gift shop.
Pizza Planet, Tomorrowland
Located in between Star Wars Launch Bay and Space Mountain.
California Adventure
Paradise Gardens, near the edge of Pixar Pier
Located on the far left path where Paradise Gardens meets Pixar Pier, near the Silly Symphony Swings, Jumpin’ Jellyfish, and Golden Zephyr.
New York Set, Hollywood Land
Located in between Monsters Inc. Mike and Sully to the Rescue! and Hyperion Theater, diagonally opposite the current Captain Marvel meet and greet. Spiderman will sometimes meet here.
Back Street, Cars Land
Located behind Flo’s V8 Cafe, on the path that runs parallel to Radiator Springs Racers and connects Cars Land with Pacific Wharf.
